By accessing or using partymancer.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Partymancer provides tools for generating, editing, and exporting 3D tabletop miniatures. The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it in connection with operating the Service, and you represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it. We may remove any content at our sole discretion.
Models, images, and files you export from the Service are yours to use, including for commercial purposes, subject to the open Creative Commons licenses of the individual parts they contain. License and author information is displayed in the editor and included with exports.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data, circumventing rate limits or other technical restrictions, using automated means to access the Service at excessive volume, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections 5 and 8 through 10 survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
